Zapata Swamp: Nature Photography - February 2020
A sample of my work while instructing a private workshop in the Zapata Swamp National Park, Matanzas, Cuba, in February 2020. Areas visited included Santo Tomás, Salinas de Brito, Caletón, Enigma de la Roca, Pálpite, Soplillar, Bermeja, and the nearby sabana. Bird photographs are first, with the specie scientific name first in each file name. Plants and landscape follow, to end with some casual portraits and vignettes. Shot with Sony a6300, 6400, and 6500 cameras, and Sony 20 mm and 70-300 mm lenses, Sigma 16 mm Contemporary f/1.4 lens, and Zeiss 16-70 mm f/4 lens. Also with Canon 7DMII and 100-400 mm lens.
All photos will soon be uploaded in the Nature and the Cuba Beyond Havana folders of my website., in final format (white frame, and larger sizes).
